TROOPS IN ZAMFARA DESTROYED TERRORIST ENCLAVE

Reports from Zamfa State say Troops of operation hadari daji under joint Task Force North West zone has recorded another success against terrorists in zamfara.
This is in continuation of its dry season clearance operations in the state
The spokesman of the operation Lieutenant. Suleiman Omale disclosed this in a press statement made available to Newsmen.
During the operation the troops rescued eight kidnapped victims unhurt following an ambush conducted in the state.
It could be recalled that on the 28th February during its operation the OPHD troops has extend its clearance operations to various terrorists enclaves including Bayan ruwa Axis which is presume to be a flash point in zamfara State
During the operation the troops engaged the terrorists with heavy gun fuel which forced the bad element to abandon their captors which led to the rescue of the eight abductees.
Consequently the gallant troops succeeded in killing of scores of terrorists and dominated the area with aggressive patrol.
In the meantime all the rescued victims were handed over to appropriate authority to reunite them with their families.
